What we can help with
- A fact that looks wrong. Hours move, closing days move and the ballot window moves every month. Tell us and we will check it against the market's own pages.
- A tour that has changed. Operators change their meeting points and their inclusions. If a listing no longer matches what we say, we want to know.
- A question we have not answered. If it is a good one it usually ends up on the FAQ page.
What we cannot help with
We do not take bookings, hold reservations or issue refunds, and we cannot enter you in the observation-deck ballot. Every booking is made with the operator running that departure, the ballot is run by the market itself, and cancellations go through the operator. Their terms are on the page you book from.
Who we are
